Returns&Refunds

Returns may be made with CMCcoffee. You have up to 14 days time for your shipment to be returned to us. Please inform us about your return before sending it back.

For quality and safety reason CMCcoffee cannot accept returned products unless they are non-food items only unopened and undamaged items may be returned.  

Returning is done at the clients own cost. If you want to send back your order, for any reason, please contact us before sending back.

All usage must follow manufacture’s instruction, any equipment warranty does not include damage caused by misuse/abuse, limescale or lack of cleaning or products used for an incorrect purpose. CMCcoffee warranty will not cover any physical damage.

Refund if applicable will be send after item will be received and inspected by CMCcoffee and in some cases by manufacture or third party responsible for warranty repairs.
