-The typical, mild taste of Lavazza Caffecrema Dolce is obtained by a balanced, relatively dry incineration process. Composed of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. The coffee bean composition and roasting create and release caramel flavors in the coffee. This flavor is retained in the taste. Rich, slightly sweet, with a velvety crema.
